  • How do I add a new question?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
  • Am I too old for Yoga?
    No! If you have a body, you have a yoga body, it may influence the style of yoga you pick to do. If you are brand new, try starting with a Yin class, this is very calm, slow, and mostly on the floor. As yoga is a practice, you can try any class and just learn from there. I have new people in power vinyasa all the time, most of the time, it comes down to the attitude of the person as to how their practice improves.
  • I've just discovered I'm pregnant, can I do Yoga?"
    When you are pregnant its fine to do any exercise you already do as your body is conditioned to it. If you have not done yoga before:- if you are in the early stages of pregnancy you can start a vinyasa practice (as long as there are no complications with your pregnancy). If you are further along and someone advised you to start yoga, there are pregnancy yoga classes around, or a yin class would be best for you.
  • I'm not flexible enough for yoga
    So you are too dirty to have a shower? That is what yoga is for, to help release stress from the body and to increase mobility in the muscles and joints. Start. NOW.
